• No Fires, No Asbestos, No Plasterboard, No Gas bottles, No Fridges, No Freezers, No over loading, No Tyres, No food waste.

  • The skip is hired for a maximum period of 7 days. Skips can be hired longer by arrangement.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us, to arrange collection of the skip.
  • Skips on the road must be lit and it is the hirer’s responsibility to provide the lights.
  • If the skip is going on the road, a space must be saved for the day of delivery, as trying to locate parked cars is time consuming and sometimes impossible. This could mean we are unable to drop the skip, and a wasted journey may be charged.
  • When a skip is ordered off road, it is the person hiring the skip responsibility to make sure the skip is loaded correctly and there is no rubbish left on the highway. Any fines or court action summoned by the local authority will be served to the hirer.
  • If the vehicle is ordered off road by the customer, any driver representing Ron Smith Recycling Limited is not responsible for any damage caused, including paving slabs and tarmac pathways.
  • Ron Smith Recycling Limited reserves the right to change prices, discount and promotions at any time.
  • Customers shall reimburse Ron Smith Recycling (the supplier) for any loss or damage to skips whilst on hire to them (excluding fair wear and tear). Customers also fully indemnify the supplier against injury to persons or property arising from use of the skip whilst on hire.
